Drive not recognised after reboot

Hi. This morning, my boot drive corrupted and so I redid the boot drive and booted it up again. Since then, one of my drives has not been recognised when looking at the array. Have I done something wrong or have I been unlucky with a drive failure?

    It may be a failed drive, but first replace cables for disk1 and post new diags.
