Home Assistant VM not running properly

Featured Replies

Hi all,

I've been using Unraid for a few years now as a simple file server and to run Plex, but wanted to start playing around with Home Assistant. However I've fallen at the first hurdle and can't seem to get the VM to run properly. I'm using this video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6-HgmFnZ95A&ab_channel=JuanMTech) as a guide, and have configured everything as he has, but when I start the VM with console, I just get this:

and if I go to homeassistant.local:8123, it will not load. I have tried looking through other forum posts, but I couldn't see any others with this issue. I'm not very well versed in Linux, and I've looked through the logs but I'm not really able to tell much from them. I've attached the system log and the logs from the VM, as well as the settings I used to set up the VM. Any help would be much appreciated!

Thanks

Charlie
