ALL DISKS ARE "Unmountable disks present" after upgrading cache drive????

Featured Replies

I just followed spaceinvaderone's tutorial for upgrading a cache drive. Ran the backup utility, stopped my server, unassigned the old cache and assigned the new one, started the array. Now ALL my drives are showing up as Unmountable Disks Present.

I tried going back to the old cache drive, but that seems to have no impact on the problem. Hoping for some quick help on how to proceed to avoid data loss and also understand why this happened...

Oddly, after a reboot, all is well minus the cache drive that still shows Unmountable. Swapping it out with the "new" cache drive, everything looks good and I'm currently formatting the new cache drive for use...

Any guidance would be great on potential causes, but all seems well now

Unraid driver crashed, like you found a reboot will fix it.
