July 17, 20232 yr Author I try to follow the guide here to update the firmware but it cannot find my HBA cards so I cannot update the firmware.

July 17, 20232 yr Community Expert Since the HBA is failing to initialize you might need to downgrade to v6.9 again before doing it.
July 17, 20232 yr Author Thank you for your reply. I have tried to downgrade to 6.9.2 but the problem cannot be solved. I am planning to replace it by a new HBA card. Do you have any suggestion?? Thank you very much for your help.
