July 16, 20232 yr Most VM settings can only be changed with it powered down. The main machine I use is a VM so if I need to made a change to it that requires it to be turned off, it's a bit of a hassle because I have to do it on my phone or laptop or something. I think it would be useful to have a feature that would allow you to make changes to the VM from the VM itself (while live) and then just reboot and the changes would be made during the reboot.
July 18, 20232 yr +1 for this. An "Apply at next reboot" button would be great, and maybe a little badge on the icon on the dashboard to indicate pending changes.
