licence dissapeared

Featured Replies

Hey,

I bought a licence via the "purchase Key" link.
All went find and I saw that I have a licence.

Then I noticed I wasn't logged in. So I wanted to log into connect but it failed.

Seems like these accounts do not align?
So I created an account but then my valid licence was gone.

Under Tools/Registration I tried redeem or purchase but it states:
Unable to redeem activation code for this GUID

GUID, xxxxxxxxxx, may already have a key or it has been blacklisted

Then I tried:
To install a registration key, paste the key file URL in the box below and click Install Key.

It was installed successfully and asked to restart the array, which I did.

No luck, still no licence...

What else can I try?

Possibly flash drive issues, diagnostics may show something.
