Unraid server lost license and I can't login

I login to my Unraid server several times a week from the Unraid Connect site for software upgrades. But for a few days now it shows No Servers Connected and My Keys shows only a Signed Out Key for my server. I recently upgraded to 6.12.2, not sure if that's relevant, but have successfully logged in since the upgrade.

 

To my shame, I can't login locally to the GUI. I created a very complex root password 122 characters in length and I must be mistyping something. I've tried many times.

    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
