缓存速度慢

CPU 是j3455，内存8G。USB3.0 2.5g网卡，缓存盘是sata固态硬盘。已经将缓存作为主存储器了，拷贝文件时候，也的确是写入固态缓存了。设置上应该没问题。

但是速度跑不满2.5G网卡。速度大概也就170MB/s。不用缓存时，速度是120MB/s。在主界面看硬盘写入速度100-300MB/S来回波动，但是实际写入速度一直是170MB/s。写入时，CPU占用率在40%-60%之间波动，内存占用在20%。

是因为SATA口做缓存太慢了？还是说CPU太弱了？还是因为别的原因？如何查找速度瓶颈？
