Unraid API Error

Featured Replies

Hello,

So when trying to open Community Applications I got this error

Download of appfeed failed.

Community Applications requires your server to have internet access. The most common cause of this failure is a failure to resolve DNS addresses. You can try and reset your modem and router to fix this issue, or set static DNS addresses (Settings - Network Settings) of 208.67.222.222 and 208.67.220.220 and try again.

Alternatively, there is also a chance that the server handling the application feed is temporarily down. See also this post for more information

Last JSON error Recorded: Syntax error

I went to settings-Network Settings to add those Static DNS addresses, now I am disconnected from the mothership and getting API Error Network: Unable to connect to https://mothership.unraid.net

I have attached screenshots of the error and also the network settings to see if I did that correctly.

I have also reset the modem/router.

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated not great with network stuff.

I've been having this same issue. Re-starting my server fixes it, but it eventually comes back after a few days. I would love to find an actual fix as well.

Any updates? I’ve been having this same issue. I  didn’t make any changes other than an OS update. I am unable to connect to the app community as well.

Guys I am having this exact issue as well. A reboot does not resolve it for me though :(   Would appreciate any insight here. Thanks!
