Not sure, can you grab an entire syslog? does unRAID even boot?  Do you have other "addon's" install on the system?

Give us a hardware breakdown and PLEASE run memtest for at least 8 hours.

Unraid doesn't boot at all last addin I tried to install was air player which killed the unraid package adder/monitor addon (can't remember what it's called) I think it's unmenu. How can I go back to a fresh thing without addons. Will I loose all my data?

You won't lose any data on your array.  You will have to assign the disks back into the correct slots on the server.  If you assign a data drive to the parity position you will lose the data on that disk.  If you are unsure which drive is parity, assign them all as data disks and the one that shows up not formatted is the parity drive.
