Issue with passing RTX 3090 GPU in Windows 10 VM

I tried to follow the steps on following forum posts

However I am missing something and getting following error in VM log

I have made following changes in VM setup

Hi Veer, did you get this sorted? I wrote a fairly decent guide for this on the forum. I did this without the bios dump file.

I came across this post elsewhere. I thought it may be useful for those people still struggling. The Resizable Rebar setting in bios may be an issue for some people, if you still cannot get your card passed through after all of the above, then read this....
