Issue with Dell T7810 and unRAID

For some weird reason, my T7810 workstation will boot into unRAID no problem, but when I issue a restart from unRAID it then sits on the Dell menu after the restart. It doesn’t boot back into the usb… I mean during that time nothing changed in the bios and boot order.

 

Any suggestions?
