Possible Cache failure?

Featured Replies

Good evening, experienced some odd issues today. Friends have been complaining of Plex failing or performing poorly. When I loaded it showed the plex docker offline. Checking unraid it showed all dockers were turned off with some odd errors occurring in the log. Restarting the server caused all dockers to show not installed. Attempted to reinstall them (successful) show showing some errors with the cache, I take a look and it shows that the cache (SSD) is unmountable: Wrong or no file system.
I have attached the logs, and I'm out of my realm of knowledge and expertise and hoping someone might be able to point in the right direction as I'm not sure how to proceed.

Thank you!

May want to have a fresh flash drive handy.  Containers dipping in and out have been precursors for mine failing.

Let's see what some others may glean from your log.

Cache is not mounting, this may help:

btrfs rescue zero-log /dev/nvme0n1p1

Then re-start array.

JorgeB, that did the trick!  I did a check another parity check on the drive with no errors. Any idea what caused this, or is there something I could have done to prevent it?
Thanks for the help!

Most often it's caused by an unclean shutdown, could also be a RAM issue, but not always, difficult to say for sure.
