September 16, 201114 yr i am a newbie... i discover that it is possible in user directory from ftp server you need to configure /mnt/user to be accessible in ftp. I've never configured vsftp.conf, but google is your friend.
September 16, 201114 yr Or, like web hosts do, also add soft links to /mnt/shell in the /home/user directory.
October 3, 201114 yr I'm also interested in this and newbie, is there any caritative person to just write some code to write in the shell to enable this? I will understand the code but what is someway strange for me is to have a so nice server with a nice configuration webpage and not a simple switch to switch on and of FTP navigation (in my case is to investigate some folders copied form the NTFS disk to the new reiserfs because I have seen differences with a du -ks and want to be sure all the files are there...) Thanks
