Cannote replace key

Featured Replies

Hi,
I have a standard license that I was using on the "USB 1" device.
I also have a backup of the "USB 1" done through unraid dashboard.

SInce a week, I flashed the unraid backup to a new flash drive, let's call it "USB 2".
Once unraid started, I was asked to replace the key, and all went good.

Today, "USB 2" device failed, so I tried to flash the "USB 1" backup (I do not have backup for the "USB 2" drive), to the "USB 3" flash drive.
Once unraid started, told me that the key is not valid, so I tried to replace it, but I get the following error:

Error: {"message":"Request failed with status code 403","data":{"error":"Your GUID is blacklisted"}}

Maybe I'm wrong, but I feel like the problem is due to the fact that I restored the backup of the "USB 1" flash drive, that was already black listed.
How can I solve my problem?

PS I tried 3 other usb flash drive, the problem is the same.

Many thanks.

That error is because you are using the old backlisted license, but an automated key transfer only works once per year, so you will need to contact support to have the key replaced.

I ordered a new usb flash drive, in the meanwhile I'm going to use a temporary one.
Is it ok to ask for a key replacement today and again in a couple of days?

Should be.
