Unraid connect acting strange after upgrading from trial

Hello,

 

I just upgraded from my trial to Plus. When I go into Uconnect and click on start remote access it just spins and never connects. I've also noticed this warning "Remote Query took too long to execute" under Docker Apps and Virtual Machine modals. I'm currently not at home to connect locally, but I had upgraded the key remotely.

 

From my Plex setup I can tell that the unraid server is working fine.

 

Is unraid connect dynamic remote access only available for Pro users?
