missing array list of disks in Dashboard

Featured Replies

I am using Unraid 6.12.3 and on the Dashboard page under the array widget it does not show the list of disks in the array anymore.

It used to when i upgraded to 6.12.3 but all of sudden it is not working.

What could be the solution?

Attached is an image of what it used to look like.

I have tried different browsers and clearing the cache but still not working. Only thing I haven't done is to restart the server.

Have you hidden the panel, click on padlock then spanner should appear on info panel. Click on it and it should show all details if not ticked it will not show.

Toggling this and then back doesn't do anything?

Don't remember sing this issue before, did you try booting in safe mode in case it's plugin related?

I will try restarting the server and see if that helps

I finally had time to restart the server.

The problem is solved.

  • 4 months later...

I just had the exact same issue post 6.12.6 upgrade where the drive information on main was blank. The unraid "busy" logo was flashing in the Disk Devices section. The drives were accessible via docker and navigation. I have rebooted and the problem appears to have gone away.   The only thing I could see as "different" in my env was the fact I had an externally mounted usb 3.0 16 TB drive that didn't seem to populate dir listings correctly when navigating through krusader.  I powered it off before restarting the 2nd time just to be safe.

  • 1 year later...

I had to move a server to a new outlet, so did a clean shutdown, moved the server, and rebooted. Had this same issue. Another reboot fixed it.
