Unraid 6.12.3 Crash and high RAM usage

Featured Replies

Hi!  I've been battling with this issue since updating Unraid and it's becoming a real pain.

I run a some dockers and a couple of VM's to serve my home network - one can only descibe the SLA I have with my children for Jellyfin to be 'demanding.'

On August 4th at 16:18 it seems an Out of Memory error was raised.  Generally the RAM usage is very high since update; like >80% of the 16GB.

Logs attached.

Any and all advice much appreciated!

Thanks

Mark

There are macvlan call traces, those are know to make a server crash, try switching to ipvlan (Settings -> Docker Settings -> Docker custom network type -> ipvlan (advanced view must be enabled, top right)).

Hey!

Part of my issue was docker containers reliant on Java - Unifi Controller and UrBackup had to be removed!

Hope that's helps!

How would i begin to troubleshoot and figure out which one is causing this? Is there a troubleshooting step to figure this out before it crashes?
