Transmission setup for TV, Movies and Music dowloaders

I want to use couch potato and sick chill downloaders with transmission using separate watch folders and separate download folders /movies and /tv. I would also  like to automate handbrake to convert movies to mp4 and remove subtitles, etc.

 

I had this working a few years ago but my server broke and I recently added larger drives and am attempting to put it back in service but things are not working right.

 

Any guidance is appreciated.
