Remote server not connecting ... possible expired key ... how to fix?

Featured Replies

I have a server that is a couple hundred miles away.

I can see this in the Dashboard:
"Signed Out Keys (Possibly available for use on other servers)."

I have a Cloudflare connection and can ping the server domain name and IP address

Is there a way I can remotely re-auth the key?

I'm not super clear on what the problem is, but if you can ping the server then as long as you know the http or https port you should be able to access the login screen using your browser.

the key is signed out ... any thoughts on why?

The system will be signed out of Unraid Connect after one week of not connecting I believe. So if the server was off, or the Internet was down, or the api was stopped for one week it will be signed out.

However, since you are using Cloudflare to get a tunnel to the server, Unraid Connect has no bearing on your ability to connect to the server. If the tunnel is up and accessible like you say, then you can use a browser to reach one of these urls:

  http://server.dynamic.domainname.com (or http://server.dynamic.domainname.com:HTTPPORT )

  https://server.dynamic.domainname.com (or https://server.dynamic.domainname.com:HTTPSPORT )

If that doesn't work, then the Cloudflare tunnel isn't setup properly. It has nothing to do with Unraid Connect.
