September 2, 201114 yr Author Teamviwer shouldn't be the culprit though. How about pursuing the fact that computer seems to crash all the time. LIke someone said, could this be the problem? Also, kinda seems it crashes when I do a lot of stuff like moving files or in this case, checking for virii. George
September 3, 201114 yr Author Also, the network connection/port on my network card I think is bad 'cause I can move the network cable a bit and if I touch it, I can hear the server beep as in something is being disconnected or connected again. Could this cause something?
September 3, 201114 yr Yes that is the likely cause of your W7 disconnection issues as well as the missing mapped shares...good find.
September 3, 201114 yr Author Alright, here are a few questions then. First, why would this crash my COMPUTER? When the computer crashes and reboots, the unRaid is usually connected and everything's fine, even though I haven't touched the network cable or anything else. I know it's very iffy but unless I move, it shouldn't move in and out in the network port of the unraid...or at least that's what I'm thinking.. Second, are these mapped shares still there somewhere or gone/deleted?
