Webgui not responding/reachable

After I upgrade from 6.11.5 to 6.12.3, about 3 days, the Webgui was not responding/reachable, I remote login to my router and checked the ddns was running fine, I am out of town right now so not able to test the local connection either.

 

after 1 week, the server is back online like nothing happened, I can connect to it remotely, and there is no error in the log.
