The specs say 1-PCIe x4, the pictures say PCIe x1, and the Zotac website says 1 x PCI Express x4 (open-end) ... So I'm not sure if there are any decent x4 SATA cards out there, but at least an x8 can fit in there and bandwidth won't be horrible. But lets face it, if you are going mini-itx then you probably aren't looking to use a case that allows much more than 6 drives anyway. It has 4xSATA and 1xeSATA too.
