High disk io from dockerd / qemu-system-x86_64

Hi, since i updated to 6.12.3 im noticing high disk io from either qemu-system-x86_64 or dockerd in glances.
Which is causing my whole gui to become unresponsive. After the update i formatted my cache drive to zfs. first i thought this is because of some macvlan issue, but i moved to a dedicated nic for vm and docker and the issue persists.
