Unable to access Gui

I swapped out my motherboard, cpu, and ram on my unraid server, now im unable to boot into gui. Iv tried servername.local and the direct ip, iv also tried to boot into safe mode with no luck.

No link is being detected on the NIC, check connections or try a different cable/switch port.

Ended up not being a cable or port issues. I delete the network.cfg file on the boot drive and then plugged in cables to all 3 ports to see if any would grab a new ip. I was then able to login and change my main eth0 back to my 10gb card and set my static ip that I wanted for server.
