Upgrade Basic License..not working (Preflight Failed?)

Hi all,

 

I'm trying to upgrade my basic license. When I go to the Web UI ( Tools -> Registration ) and click on "Upgrade Key", it opens a new page on unraid.net but all I get is "Preflight Failed" error. Tried with both Chrome and Edge and same issue.

 

Any ideas?

    Try using a different PC/device, also make sure no firewall/AV/ad-blocker is blocking the site.

    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
    2. Select Site settings.
    3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
