i am new to unraid. I install my unraid server on a mac mini late 2012. It works fine. I use the trial period possibility. Any hours later I purchased a basic lizens. I got an email with the activation code. Any time i enter this code on my unraid server i got an error message "There was an error verifying your submission. Please refresh and try again." what can i do ? Where i can get support? Thanks for help

 

You need to contact support if you have a license problem.

 

if the email had an attached licence file then this should be placed in the ‘config’ folder on the flash drive.
