I have cellular internet, so I will have to try some advanced workaround, and I'm hoping you guys/gals can step-by-step me through setting up remote access for my Emby server? What is the accepted, secure way to do this? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

You could use tailscale or zerotier, but personally I would do this just for the ease of use and access: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RQ-6dActAr8&t=2s
