August 12, 20232 yr I recently installed (4) nvme's disks in raidz configuration and moved a number of folders to it, when I try to access them from MACOS is either extremely slow, or it just won't display forever "loading..." I also noticed that looking at main page, I see listed ZFS disks but not Array disks even though they are there and I can read/access files. Any one has any idea what I broke? or if this is a bug?

August 13, 20232 yr Author Thank you for responding, very much appreciate. The information for the Array (disks) was completely blank, it is not back to normal so can't take a screenshot, I'll try to replicate and take/post a screenshot of the "main" page with blank info for Array disks. What is most troubling is the extremely low performance of ZFS folders/datasets when I access them from my mac. Accessing any other folder/file on Array is fast but ZFS' folders/files is painfully slow. I recently created ZFS pool so I am not sure if I did something wrong or failed to set something up. tower-diagnostics-20230813-1742.zip
August 14, 20232 yr Community Expert Pool looks fine, can't really help with mac related issues as I don't use them, but is it slow just accessing the pool or reading/writing? You should also change the docker network to ipvaln, there are macvlan call traces and those can make the server crash.
August 27, 20232 yr Author I haven't been able to improve the situation. I believe I might have made in how I move files prior to creating zfs pool and that might have screwed some configuration, I say this because when i access folders in regular Unraid Array it is fast enough, but not the same when accessing folders/files on zfs pool. I don't recall exactly what I did so I can't fix it, I might end up resetting the whole server and starting from scratch. Any recommendation on this last idea is appreciated.
August 27, 20232 yr Community Expert There have been some reports that MacOS is extra slow with user shares, and works fine with disk shares, so see if you an use mostly those (or the new exclusive shares).
