August 14, 20232 yr Will there be the ability to use a ZFS Pool as a Secondary storage? For instance, if I'm currently using Cache as Primary, and Array as Secondary (to speed up my writes) - will the functionality be added in to support doing the same with a ZFS Pool? i.e. Write to Cache as Primary, and ZFS Pool as Secondary? What I want to do is have 4x14TB drives in a 2x mirrored vdev (this gives me 28TB usable space; akin to Raid 10 but with ZFS bitrot protection, etc.) but have the files initially written to my faster SSD drive which is my Cache pool.
