I rebooted and a drive I put into a pool yesterday was showing back up under unassigned devices, while still being in the pool.

 

I tried to stop the array and reboot, and then saw this in the log:

 

I had to shut it down and it made a diagnostics zip; orbitalhub-diagnostics-20230814-0919.zip

 

After restarting the disk was in historical devices and still in the pool, and everything seems fine. Was able to stop array and shut down cleanly.

Looks like a cable problem, since it's an MX500 could also be firmware related, then run a correcting scrub and make sure all error are corrected, also see here for better pool monitoring.
