inotify stopped working... only using 3000 when I had 2.5M when i set the Max

I had set the inotify to 8M when I had 2.5M active watches. Now tonight for some reason its only reporting 3000. Its affecting my dockers that monitor file additions, plex server and unmanic. Any help is appreciated

    3. Adjust your preference.
