Can't Open GUI After Power Outage

Telephone pole across the street got hit by lighting the other day and it exploded. I lost my modem and router but everything else seems to be fine. I have everything else back up and running but I can't ping my unRAID server or access the GUI on my PC or ipad. Not sure what to do?

I have lights on my NIC card so that should still be good right?

Also when I put my password into unraid terminal it logs in so I think my USB is working fine.

I changed my bios and turned off fast boot I saw someone say on here. I also made sure my thumb drive was booting first and made sure the UEFI was selected. I think my drive is UEFI I set all this up like 7 years ago though

Any help would be appreciated. I'm stuck right now ...

so I used unraid GUI mode to get into the GUI and it seems to be working but I can't connect to it from the network. Why would that be? Do it need to be a static IP? It seems to be using the old IP but I have a new router and modem so should that be new? I'm very bad with networking, it really confuses me

Try changing to DHCP and if it still doesn't work post the diagnostics.
