Disk and SSD missing after reboot

I notice my vm was not working, checked the log, and saw the disk was readonly. 
looked at the main page of unraid, disks and ssd cache where not full. 
So I try a reboot of unraid 
Resulting in a missing parity disk and a missing SSD cache disk. 

If it was one, i could be a failing disk but 2 at the same time. what could be wrong?
