I just installed Dynamix File Manager. Does anybody know where I could download the User Guide PDF file?   The official support link shows the PDF as unavailable.  If the PDF is not available can somebody in the community please answer my Dynamix File Manager questions below:

 

1. Why doesn't this app launch from the Plugins tab? I click on the Dynamix File Manager icon located in the Plugins tab and no Dynamix File Manager app opens up? 
2. I found a File Manager icon located between the Terminal icon and Feedback icon in the up right hand corner of the browser but I am not 100% certain if this is the official Dynamix File Manager icon to launch the app? And I don't know if this File Manager icon existed before I installed the Dynamix File Manager plugin?  Can somebody confirm if the file manager icon I am referring to is in actuality the official Dynamix File Manager app start icon?
3. Using the File Manager icon I found I am able to preview JPG files but not able to preview MKV video files.  Does anybody know if Dynamix File Manager plugin app can be expanded to support additional file formats?
4. Also what files formats does Dynamix File Manager plugin support out of the box?
