I can access the gui back after changing my port from motherboard port to nic port I install, the only problem is I want to use that nic for direct transfer between pc and my NAS. Is there any way to change to back to normal where mobo port will connect to router and nic to pc.

It's always possible, since it's a Realtek and Linux drivers with those can be iffy you can try a different OS to confirm.
