No disk show on unraid UI

Featured Replies

I can't see any disks, arrays, or status on the UI. It keeps displaying 'unraid-api restart' in the top right corner, and I can't open terminal windows or log windows. As soon as I open them, they quit immediately.

However, I can still access shares via SMB, and I can see Plugins, Dockers, and VMs. All VMs and Docker containers are running and working.

This issue started today. When I logged into the UI (Main), nothing showed up, and the Unassigned Devices plugin kept loading but didn't display anything.

I thought there might be an issue, so I checked the plugin page and found that the Unassigned Devices and Unassigned Devices Plus plugins were not up to date. I clicked 'Update,' and a window popped up, but still, nothing showed up. Since I never really used those plugins anyway, I clicked 'Close,' and I uninstalled those plugins. Of course, a blank window showed up. I closed this window, and those plugins have disappeared now.

After a reboot, I still can't see anything. What can I do now?

Try rebooting in safe mode and/or using a different browser.

IT WORKS!!!!!! THANK YOU!!!!!

I rebooted server into safe mode and changed from Firefox to Chrome, and the devices finally showed up. However, when I switched back to Firefox, nothing appeared again.

I then rebooted my client computer, and everything returned to normal. Even rebooting sever back to the default mode seems fine now.

Maybe Windows can't handle such long uptime, unlike unraid does 😅
