26 drives?

does this mean that we can have 26 data drives?

 

i may be reading this wrong because i am not entirely sure what is meant by "there is no increse in array width"

 

either way, it doesn't really matter to me. i am content with replacing my 1TB with 3TB as i need to.

Answer: No.

As LimeTech explained later in the thread, it merely means that it recognizes upto 26 drives when it goes through device inventory for you to select your drives from. The limits of your license remains the same as before.
