Docker Image file is full

I'm getting a "Docker image file is getting full (currently 100 % used)".

It then goes on to say "You should either increase the available image size to the docker image here or investigate the possibility of docker applications storing completed downloads / incomplete downloads / etc within the actual docker image here:   More Information"

 

I don't understand what to do - can anybody offer any helpful advice.
