Suggest amount of pinned cores (non HT) for Plex

Trying to figure out how many non-HT cores I should dedicate to Plex. Currently I have it set to hardware acceleration/transcode using Intel's UHD (Quick Sync).
 

Any suggestions?  See pics for current pinning and dockers used.
