Server can suddenly not find flash drive after reinstalling components in new case.

Hello. My server can suddenly not find its flash drive after reinstalling components in new case. No components where changed, and I can still access BIOS, however the flash drive does not appear at all. Keyboard still works. 

I have tried plugging the flash drive into another computer and I can see the files on it. 

 

What should I do next. I don't understand why this would be happening.
