August 28, 20232 yr I just purchased Unraid and am trying to activate my licence. After pasting the download link of the licence key in the GUI, i get a download error with status code 4. If I try to activate again, it says that the key has already been used and that I am unable to activate Unraid. However, in the GUI, i still see the message that Unraid is unregistered, even after rebooting. Edited August 28, 20232 yr by brdje
August 28, 20232 yr Solution Hi @brdje, for this kind of issues, there is not much the volunteers of the forum can do. You should contact support from the email used for the purchase and as much details as possible. They should help you out quickly.
