Client Device not able to connect to Unraid Terminal

Featured Replies

I have a weird issue where my Macbook Pro is not able to connect to the unraid terminal, the screen is just stuck on reconnecting. I can use the WebUI but the terminal and syslog does not open. Works fine on all my other devices (different browsers and OS). I've tried a lot to troubleshoot this but not sure where to go next.

Which browser? Did you try a different one?

Originally noticed the issue on Firefox but also happening on Safari and Chrome. I've reset and clear cookies and cache on Firefox but no luck. I tested yesterday enabling SSL cert in Management access settings and the issue went away!  But it broke my Cloudflare tunnel to my server. So ideally i don't want to use SSL certs. Anything else I can try?

I don't use MacOS, but if it happens with different browsers possibly an OS issue.

Thanks @JorgeB I'll try re-imaging my laptop.

Re-imaging my Macbook seemed to fix the issue! For anyone else encountering this issue. Take a time machine back up then re-imaging is very simple.
