I have Sonarr on a custom container network so that it uses a my vpn container.  However I would like sonarr to be connected to plex to update the libary but as far as I can tell this custom network cannot see the host network and vice versa.  I think this is expected behavior of docker but is there an easy way I can work around this issue?

So the issue does not seem to be what I think as if I disable the vpn on the container network it is no longer an issue.  However I am no closer to getting working when vpn is enabled. I tried adding 32400/tcp to ports to exclude from vpn and plex is on local network anyway so should already be excluded I would think.  Not sure why it is an issue.
