Can't upgrade Unraid OS nor connect to Unraid Connect

Featured Replies

Not quite sure where to start because it feels like more is going on.

For a while I was unable to connect to my tower, but everything was working fine as far as I knew.

As of now I can connect but with the following issues:

I cannot connect to Unraid Connect. I cannot update Community Applications. I cannot disable VM functionality. Nor disable Docker functionality.

I cannot upgrade to a newer Unraid (still on 6.11)

If you could help in any way I would greatly appreciate it.
I've added diagnostics for obvious reasons.

Why not, i.e., what is the problem when you try updating?

Thank you for your reply!

Yes that is probably a good thing to add.

When trying to update it gives the following error:

plugin: updating: unRAIDServer.plg plugin: downloading: unRAIDServer-6.12.3-x86_64.zip ... done plugin: downloading: unRAIDServer-6.12.3-x86_64.md5 ... done writing flash device - please wait... Archive: /tmp/unRAIDServer.zip plugin: run failed: /bin/bash Executing hook script: post_plugin_checks

Try updating manually, also good to run chkdsk on your flash drive, or redoing it.

Thanks! I will check that when I get back from work.
