August 30, 20232 yr I placed an order last week for Unraid Basic and due to probably some error on my part and also maybe a failed web page redirect it seems I made two purchases instead of one. I use the contact form and have not heard back, so now I'm asking here. How can I contact someone from LimeTech and get one of my orders cancelled/refunded? I have not Activated/Redeemed either of them.
