Slow Data Rebuild Speed

I'm rebuilding the data on one of my drives and it started great at around 190-200MBPS. After 15 hours of rebuild it is now running at only 3-5MBPS. I've already disabled Docker and my VMs and I'm 90% sure nothing else is writing to the array but I'm still only seeing 3-5MBPS. Could someone have a look at my diagnostics and tell me if i'm missing something?

    There's something else writing do disk6.

    How would I go about searching for what is writing to disk6? Sorry for the ignorance, very new to this.

    Never mind. Used the Open Files plugin and saw the Mover was stuck trying to move a file from cache to the array. I killed the move and now I'm back up to speed. Thanks for the help!
