Replacing Key on new USB

Hi, 
I am having an issue replacing my key to a new USB drive.  Originally I purchased unraid a long time ago however I recently moved and somehow the USB drive that has been in my server for probably 10 years went walkies, I'e purchased a new USB drive and recovered a backup of it's contents however when I try to replace the key I get the following error.

 

Sorry, an error (403) occurred registering USB Flash GUID 0781-5567-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx

The error is: KeyFile is not valid

 

I noticed on: 

 A comment about old keys not being registered to the database which given how long ago I purchased mine might be the case.  What's the best route forward to get this sorted?
