Do i need more RAM?

Featured Replies

Second time Unraid's GUI crashes on me. this started after I created a ZFS pool for my cache drive.

i think my system is running out of RAM, can you help me confirm?

i can still browse shares and docker apps seem to be working fine so it is not very critical. Last time i rebooted Unraid to get things back to normal.

Thanks!

Edit:

I ran these to restart the GUI (hope it helps someone)

killall -s TERM nginx
/etc/rc.d/rc.nginx start

Would probably need full diagnostics to confirm an issue.

however the syslog you posted suggests you have mover logging enabled and it is generating lots of output.     You want this switched off unless you are actively investigating a mover issue.    You might need to reboot to free up memory being used by logs.

Thank you for the your suggestion on the mover settings, no wonder why my /var/logs was getting hammered. (disabled now)

Here is the diag.

Thank you!
