All disk have data and belong to one array before I pull it out of old mainboard

what board/controller?

Old board: Supermicor with LSI controller (run as Sata extend)

New board: Supermicro with sata on board

Most likely the LSI controller was in RAID mode, if parity is valid unassign one of the unmountable disks, start the array and post new diags.

Screenshot in first post shows no parity.

Would building parity after the fact work?

Oops, missed that, that can only be done with valid parity.

See if the disks mount with UD if yes, transfer the data and reformat, if not you'll need to reconnect them with the old board.

Install the UD plugin and see if those disks mount with it.
